General Instructions for Examinees

  1. Verify your school/building assignments at the PRC official website or through posted Notices/Announcements 2-3 working days before the examination.
  2. Report to the assigned school/building before 5:30 A.M. on the first day. Late examinees won’t be admitted.
  3. Wear your school uniform as per Res. 311 dated May 18, 1994.
  4. Bring the following on exam days:
    • Notice of Admission
    • Official Receipt
    • Two or more pencils (No. 2)
    • Ball pens with BLACK ink only
    • One (1) piece long brown envelope
    • One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for valuables)
  5. Prohibited items inside the examination premises include books, programmable calculators, electronic devices, and bags of any kind.
  6. Adhere to COVID-19 precautionary measures during the examination.

COVID-19 Precautionary Measures

  1. Limit travel to a semi-bubble setup of home-testing venue-home.
  2. Observe physical distancing of at least one (1) meter.
  3. Wear a well-fitted face mask at all times.
  4. Bring 70% ethyl alcohol for hand disinfection.
  5. Avoid close contact, touching the face, and spitting in public.
  6. Bring pre-packed meals/snacks to be eaten on assigned seats during breaks.
  7. Bring personal pens, pencils, and erasers; borrowing is strictly not allowed.
  8. Avoid loitering and unnecessary conversations in hallways or examination rooms.
  9. Follow physical distancing in queuing and immediately proceed to designated examination rooms after screening.
  10. Submit a copy of proof of full vaccination, RT-PCR test (for unvaccinated), or Certificate of Completion of Isolation to the proctor on examination day.
