Starting May 13, 2024, successful examinees can begin their registration process for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration. The registration will be conducted online through the official PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph). Upon registration, candidates need to prepare the necessary documents, including the downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification purposes only), two passport-sized pictures (colored with a white background and complete name tag), two sets of documentary stamps, and one short brown envelope.
In-Person Registration
