Starting May 13, 2024, successful examinees can begin their registration process for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration. The registration will be conducted online through the official PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph). Aspiring professionals are required to follow specific instructions for initial registration, ensuring a smooth and convenient process.

Required Documents

Upon registration, candidates need to prepare the necessary documents, including the downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification purposes only), two passport-sized pictures (colored with a white background and complete name tag), two sets of documentary stamps, and one short brown envelope.

In-Person Registration

Successful examinees are mandated to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals. This step emphasizes the significance of personal commitment and responsibility in the professional journey.
