English as Second Language (ESL) Teacher

About the role: JumpHigh Academy Inc. is hiring a full-time English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to teach intermediate-level language learners on-site at their Ortigas Center, Pasig City campus. The role is ideal for ESL professionals who enjoy delivering live classroom instruction with a balance of warmth and structure.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lessons that improve students’ reading, writing, and conversation skills.
• Develop educational instructional materials such as notes, worksheets, and quizzes.
• Assign activities to facilitate the proper evaluation of each learner’s progress.
• Ensure that designated equipment is in good working condition at all times.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or college degree required; a post-graduate diploma or master’s degree in Education, Teaching, or Training is an advantage.
• Strong English proficiency (required language).
• At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience (online or offline); 2+ years preferred.
• Must be able to handle at least intermediate-level language learners; ability to teach higher-level English classes is a plus.
• Pleasant, friendly disposition with a firm teaching demeanor.
• Willing to work on-site at Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time position (part-time positions are also available).
• Classification: Tutoring (Education & Training).
