The actual NAPOLCOM PNP Entrance Examination is longer than this sample — expect approximately 150 to 175 items in 3 hours and 30 minutes, covering the four subtests you just experienced.

  • Verbal Comprehension (~35 items): vocabulary (synonyms, antonyms), grammar, sentence structure, verbal analogies, and reading comprehension
  • Quantitative Ability (~35 items): basic arithmetic, percentages, ratios and proportions, number series, word problems, and data interpretation
  • General Information (~50 items): 1987 Philippine Constitution (especially Article III Bill of Rights), PNP-related laws (RA 6975, RA 8551), criminal laws (RA 9165, Anti-VAWC RA 9262, Cybercrime RA 10175), current events, Philippine history and government
  • Logical Reasoning (~35 items): syllogisms, seating arrangements, number/letter series, cause-and-effect, deductive reasoning

How to Read Your Score

  • 18–20 correct (90–100%): Outstanding. You are tracking for a strong NAPOLCOM pass.
  • 16–17 correct (80–89%): Passing pace. Solid performance — NAPOLCOM passing average is 80%.
  • 14–15 correct (70–79%): Borderline. Drill your weakest subtest from the breakdown.
