Pop the champagne and fluff those throw pillows—the April 2025 Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam (REBLE) results are officially out! 🧠 What Is a Real Estate Broker, Anyway?

A real estate broker in the Philippines is a licensed professional who facilitates the sale, lease, or exchange of real property—be it a cozy condo, a sprawling subdivision, or a bustling commercial space. Unlike agents, brokers can operate independently, manage their own firms, and supervise a team of agents.

📋 Why a License Matters

In the Philippines, practicing real estate brokerage without a license is a no-go. The Real Estate Service Act (RA 9646) mandates that only licensed individuals can legally engage in real estate transactions. This ensures that professionals uphold ethical standards and provide quality service to clients.

🎉 Congratulations to the New Brokers!

Whether you’re planning to help clients find their dream homes or close multi-million peso deals, your journey as a licensed real estate broker begins now. For those who didn’t make it this time, remember: every setback is a setup for a comeback.
