The Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) continues to open doors of opportunity for aspiring Filipino scientists and researchers through the Science and Technology Regional Alliance of Universities for National Development (STRAND) Graduate Scholarship Program. Applications are now open for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026, giving qualified students the chance to pursue their Master’s or Doctoral degrees in Aquaculture and Marine Biology with full financial support.
